Questions and Questionnaires

We have developed an extensive range of core questions, which we have included in our software for free.

Each core question has been created by our team of HR and legal specialists, providing you with an extensive collection of what we believe to be the most useful questions from an employers perspective to gain a better understanding and insight into why staff are leaving.

You can choose to include as many or as few of our core questions for no extra cost and can also add your own company specific questions to our list to form part of your exit questionnaire.

Once you have decided which questions you want to ask exiting employees, questionnaires are sent out via email (indicating a link to our secure website). Employees are then guided through each question and once all answers are completed, you are sent an automatic notification that the questionnaire has been completed.
